Hot Rod's Creole Bayou Dust Seasoning

The most versatile seasoning we have. This is the classic Cajun/Creole Seasoning with our own little twist, used as a salt & pepper substitute.

For breakfast we like it on our eggs and in our casseroles.

For lunch we put it on our fries, sandwiches, mac'n'cheese, you name it.

For dinner we put it in our jambalaya, red beans and rice, gumbo, corn and crab soup, grilled chicken, grilled steak, etc.
