CREOLE CRAB BOIL

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- a hamper of blue crabs (around 48 crabs)
- 2 3lb bags of red potatoes
- 1 pack of celery
- 2 large packs of whole button mushrooms
- 12 lemons, halved
- 2 large navel oranges, halved
- 1 3lb bag of onions
- 8 heads of garlic
- 2 packs of lil' smokies
- 1 1lb pack of smoked sausage
- 12 small ears of corn
- 1 4lb bag of Hot Rod's Creole Seafood Boil
DIRECTIONS:

Bring 6 gallons of water to a boil with all ingredients above, except the corn.

Boil for 5 minutes.

Add crabs and bring back to a boil.

Turn off gas, add corn and let soak for 20-40 minutes.
