THREE INGREDIENT SHRIMP JAMBALAYA
If you're looking for an easy, one-pot meal for those busy weeknights with a bonus cajun flair, this is the recipe for you!
The whole recipe ONLY calls for 3 ingredients. You read that right, a cajun recipe with only 3 ingredients and you really only need to go to the store to get shrimp since you can have Hot Rod’s ‘Juhm-buh-lie-uh’ Mix delivered to your doorstep.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1 lb of shrimp
- 2 ½ cups of water

DIRECTIONS:

Bring water to a boil in a medium sized pot.

Once the water is nice and hot, add ‘Juhm-buh-lie-uh’ Mix and raw shrimp.

Return water to a rolling boil. After the water is returned to a boil, lower heat to low and let simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the rice has absorbed all of the water.
- After the rice is cooked through, remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
